The importance of Copper
Copper is fundamental for the formation of chlorophyll and has a primary role in the metabolism of carbohydrates and proteins.
This microelement, moreover, belongs to many catalytic enzymes (i.e. cytochrome-oxidase, laccase, tyrosinase etc) indispensable for the plant growth.
Copper is involved in the formation of vitamin A and the symbiontic fixation of the atmospheric nitrogen in legumes.

Copper deficiency
The Copper deficiency breaks out generally with a necrosis on the leaves tips, which become dark and wizened. The symptoms are more evident in the apical parts of plants and can vary according to the species.
In the case of the fruit trees, because of the deficiency of this element, leaves get wizened and drop, while the bark becomes rough and opens in cracks, oozing out gummy substances.
In the case of cereals, instead, a chlorose on the foliar apex can be observed together with leaves looking twisted and scrubby up to the missed formation of the ear.

Why MYR COPPER
MYR COPPER is a fluid fertilizer properly studied to prevent and cure the deficiencies of Copper.
Its efficacy comes from the fact that the microelement is bound to the ring formed by the association between the gluconic acid and laevorotations Amino acids of vegetal origin: this particular structure makes copper easily assimilable and movable inside the plant.

The gluconic acid, moreover, isn’t photodegradable and stable, with pH between 2 and 8. MYR COPPER is just ready for the use thanks to the presence of amino acids and vegetal humic acids, making it highly soluble and assimilable, in such way to help plants to overcome quickly the stress induced by the nutritional imbalance.

At last, the stimulating action of the soluble humic substances on the roots makes the effect of MYR COPPER quick and complete also in fertirrigation.

USE

METHOD OF USE: Treat at the onset of symptoms and repeat as needed. Do not treat or reduce the dosage in case of varieties sensitive to copper.
