The high growth of Italpollina in recent years was decisive for the start of a process of streamlining the organizational structure.
Aware of the importance of organization on the quality of products and services, the company has opted for the requirements dictated by the European standard ISO 9001:2000 as a reference for setting up an efficient, effective and flexible system of quality management.

ISO 9001, in its new version of the year 2000, is characterized by a greater compatibility with the specific needs of world supplies as an exalted vision of the organization for "processes".
From a timely analysis of key processes (production) and support (management), Italpollina began its journey to certification.
That path has led to the development of operational procedures and instructions governing the processes and, in parallel, the computerization of forms and documentation to support the system of quality management.
The computerization of the quality system was a winning choice, thanks to the fact that we tried from the beginning the integration of the information system for quality with the existing system.

Obtaining the certificate of compliance to ISO 9001:2000 is not an end but a step in a path of continuous evolution to adapt the system of quality management to changing internal and external demands.
